Jason L. Baptiste, is currently the CEO of YDY. Jason was previously CEO of Onswipe, which built the world’s largest independent mobile publishing platform according to Comscore before being acquired in 2014. Jason has been named to Forbes 30 Under 30, Businessweek’s Top 25 Under 25 entrepreneurs, INC. Magazine’s 30 Under 30, and CEO of one of TIME Inc’s 10 Best Startups. Jason is a professional author of the book “The Ultralight Startup”, published by Random House/Penguin.
Nathaniel McNamara is a co-Founder of YDY where he oversees business development and operations. Nathaniel is a serial entrepreneur and former venture capitalist. Prior to YDY, Nathaniel co-Founded EndlessTV which helped over three million people watch video on their phones and tablets. He has also held positions at McKinsey, JPMorgan Chase, and was an investor at HIG Ventures. Nathaniel holds two degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dan is the Director of Fitness and Content Strategy. A graduate of Boston College, Dan worked in strategy consulting at LEK & Interbrand, leading teams across different industries. Dan began his fitness career in NYC coaching CrossFit & Olympic Lifting and instructing at top boutique fitness studios such as Barry’s Bootcamp, CityRow, and GRIT BXNG. Dan's focus is providing top-notch experiences for members through digital fitness.
Before YDY, Shain began his journey in the web2 space doing software engineering for NASA, The Boring Company, Microsoft, Amazon, and many others. He then broke into web3 by building an NFT portfolio tracker on Ethereum and being a Developer Advocate for the Hyperverse DAO. He later moved on to building smart contracts and dapps on the Flow blockchain, working with various other startups and DAOs like .find and Emerald City DAO. His latest project, BuildOnFlowBanner, is the first customizable and interactive banner NFT on the Flow blockchain.
Alexis Reck is the Director of Community & Social Media. Prior to YDY, Alexis began her journey into crypto serving as the Director of Social Media for NFT artist Alexa Meade with over 1M+ followers. After growing Alexa’s accounts, she developed and executed social strategy for Web3 leader, SuperFarm. Alexis entered the Move to Earn space via Genopets, managing and growing their community of over 400k+ members and doubling their engagement rate. She has collaborated on partnerships with brands like Magic Eden, Asics, Samsung Next, Cloud9, and more!
